New-Schoolyear-resolutions

Good morning everyone!
And if it is not morning over at your house, then good afternoon or evening or night!
Currently it is 8:55 AM over here where I am and I just got up. I got dressed and ready to start my day.
I even put on some make-up today. Yeah yeah I know that I do not need make-up and that everyone is beautiful just the way she or he is, but I just like the actual doing of the make-up so that is my reason for doing it. Not because I think I am ugly without it or something.

I promised myself to write an article every Wednesday morning and here I am! Second time in a row that I managed to get up and start writing.
The new academic year has started its second week and I do not want to disobey my own ”orders”, or rather new-schoolyear-resolutions.

At the beginning of the year I set myself some goals and until now, I’ve been managing to do a few of them like I planned.
I wanted to workout 2-3 times a week, or more, if I can. I’ve been going to the gym on Mondays and Fridays and I’ve been taking yoga classes on Wednesdays. Last week I also organised a small dance crew with my friends which gives me another hour of exercise each week. The exercising makes me feel really energetic and makes my mental health increase.

The other resolution I set myself is eating healthy. I’ve been ditching the junkfood like candy and potato chips and I’ve been making my own smoothies, eating regularly and making sure I eat enough fruits and vegetables.
The thing I do not really like (but still have to do) is drinking less coffee.. man I love coffee! Not because it makes me feel energized, not at all actually. Coffee just makes me feel nice and cozy and even a little bit sleepy most of the time. I just really like the taste of coffee and I enjoy drinking it.

I also set the goal to be more organized but I have not really managed to do that one. Guess I need to work on that one. Not everyone is perfect right? Just some people are. But not me.

Well, it is time for me to do some homework (which is another resolution: getting up early and doing homework. And keep up with my homework etc). I’m enjoying a nice smoothie I made yesterday with some strawberries, a kiwi and an apple mixed with some yoghurt. Full of fibres and good vitamins for my body to stay healthy.

Kind of a short article today, but hey I am not always as inspired.

This is another kpop video and I am sorry. Or not, because this is what kind of music I like to listen to and hey, you do not have to like it 🙂
The singer is called Kim JongHyun and he is the lead singer in SHINee but he has also released a few solo albums. (which are dang good).
